أولًا: الشروط العامة لاستخدام منصة Techcast

1. الشروط

من خلال الوصول إلى هذه المنصة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه، وجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها، وتوافق على أنك مسؤول عن الامتثال لأي قوانين محلية معمول بها.

إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، فيُحظر عليك استخدام هذا الموقع أو الوصول إليه.

المواد الواردة في هذه المنصة محمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية المعمول بها.

2. ترخيص الاستخدام

يتم منح الإذن بتنزيل نسخة واحدة مؤقتًا من أي مواد قابلة للتنزيل على موقع المنصة، وذلك للعرض الشخصي وغير التجاري فقط.

هذا الترخيص لا يمثل نقلًا للملكية، وبموجب هذا الترخيص لا يجوز لك:

  • تعديل أو نسخ المواد.
  • استخدام المواد لأي غرض تجاري أو لأي عرض عام، سواء كان تجاريًا أو غير تجاري.
  • محاولة فك أو عكس هندسة أي برنامج موجود على موقع المنصة.
  • إزالة أي حقوق تأليف ونشر أو إشعارات ملكية أخرى من المواد.
  • نقل المواد إلى شخص آخر أو نسخ المواد على أي خادم آخر.

ينتهي هذا الترخيص تلقائيًا إذا انتهكت أيًا من هذه القيود، ويجوز للمنصة إنهاؤه في أي وقت.

عند إنهاء هذا الترخيص أو توقف صلاحية استخدام المواد، يجب عليك حذف أو تدمير أي مواد تم تنزيلها بحوزتك، سواء كانت إلكترونية أو مطبوعة.

3. إخلاء المسؤولية

يتم توفير المواد الموجودة على موقع المنصة "كما هي".

لا تقدم المنصة أي ضمانات، صريحة أو ضمنية، وتخلي مسؤوليتها عن جميع الضمانات الأخرى، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الضمانات الضمنية المتعلقة بالقابلية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معين أو عدم التعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو أي انتهاك آخر للحقوق.

علاوة على ذلك، لا تضمن المنصة ولا تقدم أي إقرارات بشأن دقة المواد أو النتائج المحتملة أو موثوقية استخدام المواد الموجودة على موقعها أو المتعلقة بها أو على أي مواقع مرتبطة بهذا الموقع.

4. القيود

لن تكون المنصة بأي حال من الأحوال مسؤولة عن أي أضرار، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الأضرار الناتجة عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو انقطاع الأعمال، والناشئة عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام المواد الموجودة على موقع المنصة، حتى لو تم إخطار المنصة أو أحد ممثليها، شفهيًا أو كتابيًا، باحتمالية حدوث مثل هذه الأضرار.

نظرًا لأن بعض السلطات القضائية لا تسمح بفرض قيود على الضمانات الضمنية أو المسؤولية عن الأضرار التبعية أو العرضية، فقد لا تنطبق بعض هذه القيود عليك.

5. التنقيحات

قد تتضمن المواد التي تظهر على موقع المنصة أخطاء فنية أو مطبعية أو فوتوغرافية.

لا تضمن المنصة أن أيًا من المواد الموجودة على موقعها دقيقة أو كاملة أو محدثة.

يجوز للمنصة إجراء تغييرات على المواد الموجودة على موقعها في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق، ولا تلتزم المنصة بتحديث هذه المواد.

6. الروابط

لم تقم المنصة بمراجعة جميع المواقع المرتبطة بموقعها، ولا تتحمل مسؤولية محتويات أي موقع مرتبط.

إن تضمين أي رابط لا يعني موافقة المنصة على الموقع المرتبط.

ويكون استخدام أي موقع مرتبط على مسؤولية المستخدم الخاصة.

7. تعديلات شروط استخدام الموقع ومحتوى الدورات

يجوز للمنصة مراجعة شروط استخدام موقعها في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق.

كما يجوز للمنصة تعديل محتوى الدورات وعروضها في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق.

باستخدام هذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالإصدار الحالي من شروط الاستخدام هذه.

8. القانون الحاكم

تخضع أي مطالبة تتعلق بموقع المنصة للقوانين المعمول بها في الولاية القضائية المحلية لمالك المنصة، بغض النظر عن تعارضها مع أحكام القانون.

ثانيًا: شروط وأحكام التسجيل في المعسكر التدريبي

يرجى قراءة شروط وأحكام التسجيل التالية بعناية قبل إتمام التسجيل في أي معسكر تدريبي مقدم من Techcast.

يُعد إتمام التسجيل وسداد الدفعة الأولى موافقةً من الطالب على جميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة أدناه.

1. قيمة المعسكر والالتزام بسداد الرسوم

تبلغ القيمة الإجمالية للمعسكر 1,000 دولار أمريكي، ما لم يتم الإعلان عن سعر أو عرض مختلف للمعسكر المحدد.

يمكن للطالب اختيار طريقة السداد المتاحة عند التسجيل، سواء بالسداد الكامل أو وفق نظام التقسيط المتاح.

يلتزم الطالب بسداد كامل رسوم المعسكر وفق جدول الدفعات المتفق عليه عند التسجيل.

نظام التقسيط هو وسيلة لتسهيل سداد رسوم المعسكر، ولا يعني إمكانية إلغاء أو تخفيض الالتزام المالي المتبقي.

في حال تأخر الطالب عن سداد أي قسط مستحق، يحق لـمنصة تك كاست تعليق وصوله إلى محتوى المعسكر أو المختبرات أو الخدمات المرتبطة به إلى حين تسوية المبلغ المستحق.

عدم حضور الطالب أو توقفه عن متابعة المعسكر لا يعفيه من سداد الأقساط المتبقية المستحقة عليه.

2. سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء

يحق للطالب طلب استرجاع المبلغ خلال الأسبوع الأول من بدء المعسكر وفق سياسة منصة تك كاست

لايحق للطالب استرجاع المبلغ بعد انتهاء الاسبوع الاول من المعسكر

في حال اختيار نظام التقسيط، فإن الانسحاب من المعسكر أو عدم حضور المحاضرات أو التوقف عن متابعة المحتوى لا يعفي الطالب من سداد الأقساط المتبقية المستحقة عليه.

عدم حضور المحاضرات أو الانقطاع عن المعسكر لا يعتبر بحد ذاته طلبًا لإلغاء التسجيل.

أي استثناءات على سياسة الاسترجاع تخضع لتقدير Techcast وبموافقة مسبقة منها.

3. الحضور والمشاركة

يلتزم الطالب بمتابعة المحاضرات والمشاركة في الأنشطة والتدريبات وفق الجدول المحدد للمعسكر.

تقع مسؤولية متابعة مواعيد المحاضرات والتحديثات والإعلانات على الطالب.

في حال غياب الطالب عن أي محاضرة، لا يترتب على ذلك إلغاء الرسوم أو المطالبة باسترجاع المبلغ.

قد تختلف مواعيد المحاضرات أو عدد الجلسات وفق البرنامج المحدد لكل معسكر.

4. المحتوى التدريبي وحقوق الاستخدام

جميع المواد التدريبية والمحتوى والتسجيلات والملفات المقدمة ضمن المعسكر مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي للطالب المسجل فقط.

يمنع نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو إعادة توزيع أو بيع أو نشر أو مشاركة المحتوى التدريبي أو تسجيلات المحاضرات مع أي شخص أو جهة أخرى.

يمنع مشاركة حساب الطالب أو بيانات الدخول إلى منصة تك كاست أو المختبرات مع أي شخص آخر.

لا يجوز استخدام المحتوى التدريبي لأغراض تجارية أو إعادة تقديمه كدورات أو تدريبات من قبل الطالب دون موافقة خطية مسبقة من منصة تك كاست

تحتفظ منصة تك كاست بجميع الحقوق المتعلقة بالمحتوى التدريبي والمواد التعليمية الخاصة بها، ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك

5. تسجيل المحاضرات

قد يتم تسجيل بعض أو جميع جلسات المعسكر لأغراض تعليمية وتمكين الطلاب من مراجعة المحتوى.

يحق لـمنصة تك كاست توفير تسجيلات المحاضرات للطلاب المسجلين وفق آلية المعسكر ومدته.

قد تختلف مدة توفر التسجيلات أو إمكانية الوصول إليها من معسكر إلى آخر وفق ما يتم الإعلان عنه عند التسجيل.

6. المختبرات والتدريب العملي

الوصول إلى المختبرات يكون وفق المدة والساعات المحددة ضمن تفاصيل المعسكر

لا يحق للطالب استخدام المختبرات بعد انتهاء الفترة المخصصة له إلا في حال وجود تمديد أو اتفاق إضافي مع منصة تك كاست

يمنع استخدام المختبرات في أي نشاط غير قانوني أو أي نشاط قد يؤدي إلى الإضرار بالأنظمة أو الشبكات أو المستخدمين الآخرين

يلتزم الطالب باستخدام موارد المختبرات للأغراض التعليمية والتدريبية المرتبطة بالمعسكر فقط

يحق لـمنصة تك كاست تعليق أو إلغاء وصول الطالب إلى المختبرات في حال إساءة الاستخدام أو مخالفة هذه الشروط

7. المواد والمحتوى غير القانوني

المعسكر لا يتضمن أو يوفر أي أسئلة اختبار مسربة أو مواد غير قانونية متعلقة بالاختبارات

منصة تك كاست لا تشجع ولا تسمح باستخدام أو مشاركة المواد المسربة أو المخالفة لسياسات جهات إصدار الشهادات

الطالب مسؤول عن الالتزام بسياسات وشروط الاختبارات والشهادات الخاصة بالجهة المانحة للشهادة.

8. تغيير أو تأجيل مواعيد المعسكر

  • يحق لـمنصة تك كاست تعديل مواعيد المحاضرات أو الجدول التدريبي عند الحاجة، مع إشعار الطلاب بالتغييرات.

قد يتم تغيير أو تأجيل موعد بدء المعسكر في حال عدم اكتمال العدد المطلوب للتشغيل أو لأي أسباب تشغيلية أخرى

في حال حدوث تغيير جوهري في موعد المعسكر، سيتم إبلاغ الطلاب وفق وسائل التواصل المعتمدة لدى منصة تك كاست

لا يعتبر تغيير موعد المحاضرات أو الجدول التدريبي بحد ذاته إلغاءً للتسجيل

9. التأجيل أو الانتقال إلى دفعة أخرى

طلب الانتقال إلى دفعة تدريبية أخرى يخضع لموافقة ادارة تك كاست وتوفر المقاعد

لا يعتبر التأجيل أو الانتقال إلى دفعة أخرى إلغاءً للتسجيل

لا يعفي التأجيل أو الانتقال إلى دفعة أخرى الطالب من الالتزامات المالية المستحقة وفق الاتفاق الأصلي

قد تضع تك كاست شروطًا أو قيودًا إضافية على طلبات التأجيل أو الانتقال وفق ظروف كل معسكر

10. السلوك والالتزام

يلتزم الطالب بالتعامل باحترام ومهنية مع المدرب وبقية الطلاب وفريق تك كاست.

يمنع أي سلوك مسيء أو تهديدي أو غير لائق أو مخالف لأنظمة المنصة أو يؤثر سلبًا على سير المعسكر.

يحق لـمنصة تك كاست اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة في حال وجود مخالفة لهذه الشروط، بما في ذلك تعليق أو إنهاء وصول الطالب إلى المعسكر أو الخدمات المرتبطة به.

لا يؤثر اتخاذ أي إجراء بسبب مخالفة الطالب على الالتزامات المالية المستحقة عليه، ما لم تقرر ادارة تك كاست خلاف ذلك كتابةً.

11. الشهادة

في حال كان المعسكر يتضمن شهادة إتمام، فإن إصدارها يخضع لاستيفاء المتطلبات المحددة للمعسكر.

قد تشمل متطلبات الحصول على الشهادة حضور نسبة معينة من الجلسات أو إكمال أنشطة أو متطلبات تدريبية محددة.

يجب أن تكون جميع الرسوم المستحقة على الطالب مسددة بالكامل قبل إصدار شهادة الإتمام، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك كتابةً.

12. الخدمات والميزات المدرجة في المعسكر

الخدمات والمزايا التي يحصل عليها الطالب هي فقط الخدمات الموضحة في صفحة المعسكر أو العرض المقدم وقت التسجيل.

قد تختلف مدة الوصول إلى التسجيلات أو المختبرات أو المواد التدريبية حسب المعسكر.

أي خدمة أو ميزة غير مذكورة ضمن تفاصيل المعسكر لا تعتبر جزءًا من المعسكر ما لم يتم الاتفاق عليها كتابيًا.

13. مسؤولية الطالب

يتحمل الطالب مسؤولية توفير جهاز واتصال بالإنترنت والبرامج والمتطلبات التقنية اللازمة للاستفادة من المعسكر، ما لم تنص تفاصيل المعسكر على توفيرها من قبل منصة تك كاست

تقع على الطالب مسؤولية التأكد من صحة بيانات التسجيل وبيانات التواصل الخاصة به.

يجب على الطالب متابعة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والإعلانات والتحديثات المتعلقة بالمعسكر.

14. الموافقة على شروط المعسكر

بتسجيلك في المعسكر وسداد الدفعة الأولى، فإنك تقر بأنك:

  • قرأت جميع الشروط والأحكام وفهمتها.
  • وافقت على الالتزام بسداد كامل رسوم المعسكر وفق طريقة السداد التي اخترتها.
  • اطلعت على سياسة الاسترجاع وتوافق على عدم استرجاع المبلغ بعد انتهاء الأسبوع الأول من بدء المعسكر.
  • وافقت على الالتزام بسياسات استخدام المحتوى والتسجيلات والمختبرات.
  • وافقت على عدم مشاركة حسابك أو المحتوى التدريبي أو تسجيلات المحاضرات مع أي طرف آخر.
  • وافقت على عدم استخدام أو مشاركة Exam Dumps أو أي مواد مسربة أو غير قانونية
  • وافقت على الالتزام بتعليمات Techcast وشروط استخدام المنصة.
  • تتحمل مسؤولية الالتزام بجميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه

15. تعديل الشروط والأحكام

تحتفظ منصة تك كاست بحق تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام عند الحاجة.

وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على صفحة الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بـمنصة تك كاست

يُرجى الرجوع إلى هذه الصفحة للاطلاع على أحدث نسخة من الشروط والأحكام

ثالثًا: شروط وأحكام جائزة كوبون اختبار CCIE Lab

ضمن التزام منصة تك كاست بدعم طلاب المعسكر وتحفيزهم على الاستفادة القصوى من البرنامج التدريبي، سيتم منح كوبون مجاني واحد لاختبار

CCIE Lab

لطالب واحد فقط من طلاب المعسكر، وفق الشروط والمعايير التالية

1. أهلية الجائزة

الجائزة متاحة لطالب واحد فقط من الطلاب المسجلين في المعسكر.

يجب أن يكون الطالب مسجلًا في المعسكر ومستوفيًا لجميع المتطلبات الأساسية للتأهل للجائزة.

الجائزة مخصصة لاختبار CCIE Lab فقط.

لا يمكن تحويل الجائزة إلى شخص آخر أو استبدالها بقيمتها النقدية أو بأي خدمة أخرى

يخضع استخدام الكوبون لشروط وسياسات Cisco السارية وقت استخدامه.

2. صلاحية الكوبون

يكون الكوبون صالحًا لمدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ تفعيله أو إصداره، وفق تاريخ الصلاحية المحدد على الكوبون.

يتحمل الفائز مسؤولية استخدام الكوبون قبل تاريخ انتهاء صلاحيته.

لا يمكن تمديد صلاحية الكوبون إلا إذا سمحت جهة إصدار الكوبون بذلك.

  • لا تتحمل منصة تك كاست مسؤولية انتهاء صلاحية الكوبون نتيجة عدم استخدامه خلال فترة الصلاحية

3. استخدام الكوبون

الكوبون مخصص للمحاولة الأولى فقط للطالب في اختبار CCIE Lab.

لا يمكن استخدام الكوبون لتغطية تكلفة أي محاولة إعادة للاختبار.

  • يشترط أن يكون الطالب مؤهلًا للتقدم للاختبار وفق متطلبات وسياسات شركة سيسكو السارية وقت حجز الاختبار.
  • في حال عدم استيفاء الطالب لمتطلبات شركة سيسكو أو عدم تمكنه من استخدام الكوبون لأي سبب يتعلق بأهلية الاختبار، فلا يترتب على منصة تك كاست التزام بتوفير كوبون بديل

4. المتطلبات الأساسية للتأهل للجائزة

حتى يكون الطالب مؤهلًا للدخول في عملية اختيار الفائز، يجب عليه:

إكمال جميع التمارين المطلوبة في المعسكر.

إكمال المتطلبات العملية والتدريبية الأساسية التي يحددها المدرب

الالتزام بحضور المعسكر والمشاركة في الأنشطة التدريبية

مقابلة شخصية للمرشح والتأكد من استيفاء جميع الامور الفنية

عدم وجود متطلبات تدريبية أساسية غير مكتملة عند انتهاء المعسكر.

مهم: استيفاء هذه المتطلبات يجعل الطالب مؤهلًا للمنافسة على الجائزة، ولكنه لا يضمن الفوز بها.

5. معايير اختيار الفائز

سيتم اختيار الفائز بناءً على نظام تقييم ويشمل

معيار الحضور والالتزام بالمحاضرات

معيار إكمال تمارين المعسكر بالاضافة الى التمارين الموجودة في الكتب العملية الخاصة بمحتوى المعسكر

معيار التفاعل والمشاركة أثناء المحاضرات

معيار اللقاء الشخصي والنقاش الفني

6. تقييم الحضور والالتزام

يتم احتساب نقاط الحضور بناءً على نسبة حضور الطالب للمحاضرات والجلسات التدريبية.

ويتم أخذ الانتظام والاستمرارية في الحضور بعين الاعتبار، وليس مجرد تسجيل الحضور فقط

7. تقييم إكمال التمارين

يتم تقييم الطالب بناءً على نسبة التمارين المطلوبة التي قام بإكمالها، مع مراعاة جودة تنفيذ التمارين وصحة النتائج.ولا يعتبر مجرد فتح التمرين أو الدخول إليه إكمالًا للمتطلب التدريبي

ويشمل التقييم

عدد التمارين المكتملة

نسبة النجاح في تنفيذ السيناريوها

القدرة على حل المشاكل بشكل مستقل

فهم متطلبات السيناريو والحل المستخدم

القدرة على إكمال التمارين ضمن الوقت المحدد

9. تقييم التفاعل والمشاركة

يتم تقييم التفاعل خلال المحاضرات بناءً على جودة المشاركة، وليس فقط عدد المشاركات.

وقد يشمل ذلك:

طرح أسئلة فنية مرتبطة بموضوع المحاضرة.

المشاركة في النقاشات

الإجابة على أسئلة المدرب.

تقديم حلول أو أفكار للمشاكل المطروحة

المشاركة في تحليل ومراجعة حلول الـتمارين

إظهار الاهتمام والمتابعة الفعلية للمحتوى التدريبي

10. تقييم الأداء العملي

قد يتم تقييم قدرة الطالب على:

تحليل مشاكل الشبكات والحلول المستخدمة لحل المشكلة.

فهم سبب المشكلة وليس فقط معرفة الأمر المستخدم لحلها.

تطبيق المفاهيم التي تمت دراستها عمليًا.

التعامل مع سيناريوهات عملية مشابهة لبيئة الاختبار.

إكمال المهام والسيناريوهات بدرجة مناسبة من الاستقلالية.

11. تقييم النقاش الفني

قد يتم أخذ جودة النقاشات الفنية للطالب بعين الاعتبار، بما في ذلك:

  • فهم التقنيات والمواضيع التي يتم شرحها.

القدرة على شرح الحلول.

الربط بين المواضيع المختلفة

مناقشة البدائل الفنية.

القدرة على تحليل السيناريوهات واتخاذ القرارات الفنية المناسبة

المقابلة الشخصية والنقاش في الامور الفنية

12. الالتزام بالمواعيد والمتطلبات

يتم أخذ التزام الطالب بالمواعيد والمتطلبات التدريبية بعين الاعتبار، بما في ذلك:

تسليم أو إكمال التمارين في المواعيد المحددة

الالتزام بالمهام المطلوبة

متابعة الإعلانات والتحديثات المتعلقة بالمعسكر

المحافظة على انتظام المشاركة طوال فترة المعسكر

13. آلية التقييم واختيار الفائز

  • يتم تقييم الطلاب وفق المعايير المذكورة أعلاه خلال فترة المعسكر.

قد يتم تسجيل نتائج الحضور وإكمال التمارين والمشاركة والتقييم العملي بشكل دوري

يتم احتساب النتيجة النهائية للطلاب المؤهلين في نهاية المعسكريحصل الطالب صاحب أعلى مجموع نقاط بين الطلاب المؤهلين على الجائزة.

في حال تعادل طالبين أو أكثر في النتيجة النهائية، يحق لـ منصة تك كاست استخدام معايير إضافية مرتبطة بالأداء العملي وإكمال التمارين والتفاعل الفني والمقابلة الشخصية لتحديد الفائز.

تحتفظ منصة تك كاست بحق مراجعة نتائج التقييم والتحقق من استيفاء جميع شروط الأهلية قبل إعلان الفائز

14. الشروط العامة للجائزة

الجائزة مخصصة لطالب واحد فقط

لا يمكن تحويل الكوبون إلى طالب آخر

لا يمكن استبدال الكوبون بمبلغ نقدي أو خصم أو خدمة أخرى

لا يضمن الحصول على الكوبون اجتياز اختبار CCIE Lab.

الطالب مسؤول عن الاستعداد للاختبار واستيفاء جميع متطلبات شركة سيسكو الخاصة بالتقدم للاختبار

يخضع استخدام الكوبون لشروط وسياسات شركة سيسكو السارية وقت استخدامه

في حال حدوث أي مشكلة تتعلق بأهلية الطالب للاختبار أو استخدام الكوبون وفق سياسات شركة سيسكو، فإن منصة تك كاست غير مسؤولة عن مخالفة شروط جهة إصدار الاختبار

15. الموافقة على شروط الجائزة

بالمشاركة في المعسكر، يقر الطالب بأنه قرأ وفهم شروط وأحكام جائزة كوبون CCIE Lab، ويوافق على أن اختيار الفائز سيتم وفق المعايير ونظام التقييم المحدد أعلاه.

ملاحظة: استيفاء متطلبات التأهل لا يعني ضمان الفوز بالجائزة، وإنما يسمح للطالب بالدخول في عملية التقييم والمنافسة على الجائزة

1. Terms

By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website.

The materials contained on this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. License of Use

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the platform's website for personal and non-commercial viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of ownership, and under this license you may not:

The student may select any available payment method at the time of registration, whether full payment or the available installment plan.

The student is obligated to pay the full bootcamp fee according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of registration.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

For students using an installment payment plan, withdrawal from the bootcamp, failure to attend lectures, or discontinuation of participation does not relieve the student of the obligation to pay any remaining installments due.

Any exceptions to the refund policy are subject to Techcast's discretion and prior approval.

3. Attendance and Participation

The student is responsible for attending lectures and participating in activities and training exercises according to the schedule specified for the bootcamp.

If the student misses any lecture, this does not result in cancellation of fees or entitlement to a refund.

Lecture schedules or the number of sessions may vary depending on the specific bootcamp program.

4. Training Content and Usage Rights

All training materials, content, recordings, and files provided as part of the bootcamp are intended solely for the personal use of the registered student.

Copying, reproducing, redistributing, selling, publishing, or sharing training content or lecture recordings with any other person or entity is prohibited.

Sharing the student's Techcast account or login credentials with any other person is prohibited.

The student may not use the training content for commercial purposes or reproduce or deliver it as courses or training without prior written authorization from Techcast.

Techcast retains all rights relating to its training content and educational materials unless otherwise stated.

5. Lecture Recordings

Some or all bootcamp sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and to enable students to review the content.

Techcast may provide lecture recordings to registered students according to the bootcamp's structure and duration.

The availability period and access to recordings may vary from one bootcamp to another according to the terms announced at registration.

6. Labs and Practical Training

Access to the labs is provided according to the duration and number of hours specified in the bootcamp details.

The student may not use the labs after the allocated access period has ended unless an extension or additional agreement with Techcast has been granted.

Using the labs for any illegal activity or any activity that may cause harm to systems, networks, or other users is prohibited.

The student must use lab resources solely for educational and training purposes related to the bootcamp.

Techcast reserves the right to suspend or terminate the student's lab access in the event of misuse or violation of these terms.

7. Illegal Materials and Content

The bootcamp does not include or provide any leaked exam questions, exam dumps, or other illegal examination-related materials.

Techcast does not encourage or permit the use or sharing of leaked materials or materials that violate the policies of certification bodies.

The student is responsible for complying with the examination and certification policies and terms of the relevant certification provider.

8. Changes or Postponement of Bootcamp Dates

Techcast reserves the right to modify lecture schedules or the training schedule when necessary, with notice to students regarding such changes.

The bootcamp start date may be changed or postponed if the required number of students for operation has not been reached or for other operational reasons.

In the event of a material change to the bootcamp schedule, students will be notified through Techcast's approved communication channels.

A change to the lecture schedule or training schedule does not, by itself, constitute cancellation of the student's registration.

9. Deferral or Transfer to Another Cohort

A request to transfer to another training cohort is subject to Techcast management's approval and seat availability.

Deferral or transfer to another cohort does not constitute cancellation of the registration.

Deferral or transfer to another cohort does not relieve the student of any financial obligations due under the original agreement.

Techcast may impose additional conditions or restrictions on deferral or transfer requests depending on the circumstances of each bootcamp.

10. Conduct and Compliance

The student must interact respectfully and professionally with the instructor, other students, and the Techcast team.

Any abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or prohibited behavior that negatively affects the bootcamp is prohibited.

Techcast reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of a violation of these terms, including suspending or terminating the student's access to the bootcamp or related services.

Any action taken due to a student's violation does not affect the student's outstanding financial obligations unless Techcast management agrees otherwise in writing.

11. Certificate

If the bootcamp includes a certificate of completion, its issuance is subject to fulfillment of the requirements specified for the bootcamp.

Certificate requirements may include attendance of a specified percentage of sessions, completion of activities, or completion of specific training requirements.

All fees owed by the student must be paid in full before a certificate of completion is issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Services and Features Included in the Bootcamp

The services and benefits provided to the student are limited to those specified on the bootcamp page or in the offer presented at the time of registration.

The duration of access to recordings, labs, or training materials may vary depending on the bootcamp.

Any service or feature not specifically stated in the bootcamp details shall not be considered part of the bootcamp unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Student Responsibilities

The student is responsible for providing the device, internet connection, software, and technical requirements necessary to participate in the bootcamp, unless the bootcamp details expressly state that such requirements will be provided by Techcast.

The student is responsible for ensuring that all registration and contact information provided is accurate.

The student must monitor email messages, announcements, and updates relating to the bootcamp.

14. Acceptance of Bootcamp Terms

By registering for the bootcamp and making the first payment, the student acknowledges that they:

  • Have read and understood all terms and conditions.
  • Agree to pay the full bootcamp fee according to the selected payment method.

Part Three: CCIE Lab Exam Voucher Prize Terms and Conditions

As part of Techcast's commitment to supporting bootcamp students and encouraging them to make the most of the training program, one free CCIE Lab exam voucher will be awarded to one student only, subject to the following terms and criteria.

1. Prize Eligibility

The prize is available to only one student among the students registered in the bootcamp.

The student must be registered in the bootcamp and satisfy all basic requirements for eligibility for the prize.

The prize is specifically for the CCIE Lab examination.

The prize may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or any other service.

The use of the voucher is subject to Cisco's terms and policies in effect at the time of use.

2. Voucher Validity

The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of activation or issuance, according to the expiration date specified on the voucher.

The winner is responsible for using the voucher before its expiration date.

The voucher expiration date may only be extended if permitted by the voucher issuer.

5. Winner Selection Criteria

The voucher cannot be transferred to another student.
